Please see below the most regular questions visitors ask us and the respective answers. If you have any alternative questions regarding our electric garage doors, please use our online chat to speak to one of our agents. Or you could also send us your query on our contact page.

Why are your prices for electric garage doors so good and is there a catch?

Our prices are fantastic because we specialise solely in roller type electric garage doors. We cut out unnecessary costs like a salesperson adding literally hundreds of pounds to cover their own fees. Why have a salesman waste time to simply come and repeat the information given on the website or explained by an online chat agent! There are NO Catches, and the price on the webpage is the final price to pay for these fantastic doors.

My door is 2200mm wide, is this still the same price as shown on the homepage?

Yes, our prices for our doors are for any size of door UP TO the maximum width of 2500mm/8ft2inches. If your door opening is this size OR smaller, the prices shown are the prices for your new garage door.

Do you take away the old door?

Of course! This is included in the price

How will the new door be fixed to my garage?

The roller door is attached to your garage using fixings through the side channels/plates which can be mounted between or behind your piers. The fixings used are dependent on the type of garage you have however there is no price difference!!

The most common are:

Brick built garages - installer will use masonry fixings

Wooden timber garages - installer will use woodscrews

Steel Building - installer will use self drilling screws

Pre-cast concrete garage - installer will use either coach bolts / or new timber frame UPVC cladded [installers discretion]

What happens if I have a power cut?

All our electric garage doors come with a manual override as standard (this is required by law) so that you can wind the door up or down manually. Alternatively, if you have no back door then you will have a waist level external override. This is lockable and accessible from outside for the same price.

How do I pay for the door?

This is really simple, you pay for the door at point of purchase with the sales team through means of bank transfer. A pro forma invoice is sent to your email with the payment details. On the day of installation, you pay our installer their fee direct when the job is complete, which is required in cleared funds. You can do this by the means of bank transfer or cash to the fitter.

What areas do you cover?

We cover all of the UK including Scotland & Wales. We at the moment aren't able to cover Isle of Wight & Northern Ireland.
