Please complete the form out below and submit. A member of RDC management will investigate your complaint. You will receive a response within 7 working days from the date of submission. We will look to resolve all your problems as requested. All correspondence with management is via email to ensure a good email track record of all agreements made hereafter.

 

PLEASE NOTE : Strictly in line Rolling Door Concepts terms and conditions we do not compensate money refunds. We will always endeavour to resolve all issues as quickly and swiftly as possible within the terms of your garage door warranty. Regardless of visits required we will always persist to resolve any and all problems until a roller door is fitted to a satisfactory level and working correctly to the specification of the contract.
